It’s that time of the year where first years are finishing their 3rd rotation and thinking about joining their thesis labs. It is an exciting time for a PhD student and an important decision to take. This will determine the research they will do for the rest of their time in graduate school.
So I thought I would compile a list of advice from older students who have gone through this to help some students…
